Monday, 6 April 2009 Walking through the town of Marlo, stopping at the local playground for a play, walking past the Marlo Hotel on the way to the Jetty, and then along the waters edge back to the caravan park. Saturday, 11 April 2009 Bike ride to Marlo School fete where the kids got their faces painted and then continuing onto the Marlo Hotel for a beer and nibbles. Getting lost trying to find how to get to the land across from Marlo Hotel which turned out to be called Corringle Slips Penny’s parents leave.

Sunday, 12 April 2009 Easter egg hunt in the Caravan and outside. Bike ride with Andrew, Caitlin and Nicholas. Yeerung Gorge Meeting up with Penny and Andrew at Bemm river. Exploring on the way home stopping at Ocean Beach and Pearl Point for a great sunset. Toasting Marsh mallows on the camp fire.

Wednesday, 15 April 2009 Cath bike riding. Penny and Andrew packing up to leave in gale force winds and rain Off for a drive north of Marlo in State Forests and National Parks visiting: · Cabbage tree creek picnic area · Mt Raymond Communication towers and look-out · Arte River Flora reserve and an unnamed hut on the corner of Arte and Metal roads · Spectacular view from Mt Jack which is a grassy mountain top for helicopter landing. · Huge tree blocking the road to Mt Ellery · Dinner on a rock at Ocean View lookout watching the sunset.
